Refractive surgery
Refractive surgeries are defined by changing the refraction power of the eye and correct existing ametropia.
Surgeries have to differentiate between using laser to change refraction and so called lens surgery. If lens surgery is done, its possible to remove bodies lens or to insert an additional one.
For both opportunities exits more than one technique. The lens surgery is used for high ametropia in comparison to laser correction.
