We currently offer the additional service of organising a phone or video consultation by our doctors. Would you like to make use of this service, we kindly ask you to contact our team via phone so we can make the necessary arrangements.
PLEASE NOTE: our clinic will remain closed from 21. until 24th of December 2020. Our next regular consultation will take place on 28 December.
IMPORTANT
Dear patients, for your and our safety and to minimise the spread of the new coronavirus, we abide by the following rules and regulations prior, during and after your visit to our practice and we kindly ask you to do the same.

Before visiting our practice we would like to point you to this digital tool developed by the Charité university hospital which has advice on how to behave as well as other useful information.
- Should you experience flu-like symptoms we kindly ask you to refrain from coming to our clinic.

In addition, we refrain from shaking hands and we would like to inform you that our doctors and employees may wear gloves and face masks during certain treatments.
- We kindly ask accompanying persons to not enter the practice and wait outside, please.
- Our measures adapt on a frequent basis based on new regulations and it is, therefore, possible that they may differ from the above. We kindly ask you for your understanding.
